Previously, Scott co-founded 360Facility, one of the industry’s earliest SaaS-based CMMS and asset management platforms, growing the company into a global solution serving more than 500 customers across 56 countries before its acquisition by Accruent. Combining deep operational FM expertise with decades of technology leadership, Scott is widely regarded as a trusted advisor known for practical innovation, enterprise system integration, and delivering measurable business outcomes at scale.

With nearly four decades of experience in real estate and facilities management technology, John is a proven technology leader, entrepreneur, and innovator recognized for helping organizations modernize and connect complex operational environments. As President and Co-Founder of Luceris, he leads the development of AI-enabled integration and operational platforms purpose-built for commercial real estate and FM operations. John also serves as the Mentor In-Residence at the University of Arizona to new entrepreneurs.
